The restaurant is way too expensive in relation to the price / performance ratio, and € 5 is charged for the side dish of salt with the schnitzel. In addition, the schnitzel is only mediocre. If you would like to eat Schitzel or would like to eat a good Bürgelich, you would rather go to the restaurant "Am Ufer". Here you can get a great schnitzel from the pan, roulades or liver at a great price-performance ratio. Was worth a try, but wasn't really worth it ....

We were today on July 9th, 2020 with three people in the old post car. All three meals were great. The steaks were on point, and by serving on a cast plate they were nice and hot to the last bite. The service was competent and friendly. An all-round successful evening. Repetition risk.

We reserved a table for our wedding day over 2 weeks ago and were bitterly disappointed. According to the boss, a seat reservation would only be possible indoors, which we were not told on the phone. Other restaurants, however, reserve tables outside. We didn't feel welcome. We would not eat there again.

In the last few years we have always enjoyed going to the restaurant at the old mail car. We could have been called regular guests. Unfortunately the quality and the taste of the food has got worse and worse the last times and the price has risen more and more! The food today was incredibly salty and almost inedible. It's a shame, but we're going to look for another hangout now :(.

I was invited to dinner in the old post car on December 25, 2019. The serving of the menus took about 1 hour. The soup was one Maggi broth in high concentration and with salt was eaten also not saved. The staff totally overwhelmed. A total failure

We have been visiting the old mail van for a very long time and are always more than enthusiastic. The kitchen is fantastic, no matter if meat or fish, everything tastes excellent and fresh! The service is always friendly and if it takes a little longer, she is always ready to satisfy every guest. The ambience of the restaurant is very nice and modern. We can highly recommend the restaurant. And if you are from outside a hint, you can also stay in the house, because a hotel is it!

Very nice and attentive staff that knows how to deal with customers. Eat well and spend a nice evening. When setting up the food I would not decorate the potato pancakes, which were also coated with a delicious horseradish cream, as a tower with the salmon together. The potato pancakes were no longer crispy, which was a pity. The taste was great.

Very clean. Newly renovated. Bathroom with large shower and bidet. Tasteful room furniture. Large parking lot in front of the house, small parking behind the house. We had a great stay, thank you.
